Why Banquette House exists
Booths are the most demanding furniture in a restaurant and the hardest to buy well. Catalog booths come in fixed lengths that never quite fit the wall. Local custom shops build beautifully but slowly, and at a cost many independent restaurants cannot carry. Banquette House (a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture) sits in between: booths and banquettes drawn to your actual floor plan and built in our own factory, without distributor margins.
How we work
We work from drawings. You send a floor plan, a sketch with dimensions or a set of photos, and we lay out the runs, table sizes and aisles, quote by the linear foot, and produce shop drawings for every section. Production does not start until you have approved those drawings and, if you wish, a pre-production sample. That one discipline prevents most of the problems people associate with ordering furniture from overseas.
The factory
Our production base is in Lecong, Shunde District, Foshan, in Guangdong, China, a district known as the largest furniture trading hub in the world. That matters for booths. Within a short drive of our floor are frame makers, foam converters, upholstery fabric and vinyl suppliers, and specialist metal and timber workshops, which is why we can build curves, brass trims and odd sizes that would be special orders elsewhere.
We are open about where our booths are made. Being made in China does not mean being made cheaply; it means being close to the materials and skills that commercial seating depends on, and shipping direct to your door.
Who it is for
Independent restaurant owners fitting out a first site or a refurbishment. Restaurant and hospitality designers who need a builder that follows a drawing. General contractors who need booths delivered labeled, on schedule and ready to fix. If you are planning a dining room with more than a few feet of booth seating, we would like to see the plan.
Experience
Banquette House draws on EASEN's broader commercial furniture work, including complete dining-room fit-outs for a Sichuan restaurant in Beijing, the CHIO cafe-lounge in Guangzhou, a Sichuan restaurant in Hangzhou and a hot pot restaurant in Hanzhong. Each of those rooms depended on seating built hard for heavy, all-day service, which is the standard we bring to every booth.
Lead times are typically 30–45 days for standard designs and 45–60 days for custom work after approvals, plus transit, and are confirmed in every quote.
