Drawn before it is built
01

Drawn before it is built

We do not ship a catalog length and hope it fits. You send a floor plan or field measurements; we return shop drawings showing every section, joint, end cap and table overhang. Nothing is cut until you sign the drawing, which is how a 23-foot wall ends up with a banquette that is actually 23 feet long.

Commercial construction, not furniture-store construction

Commercial construction, not furniture-store construction

Booths take a heavier beating than any other seat in a restaurant: knees on the seat edge, kids standing on the cushion, a mop at the base every night. Our frames are built as rigid seat boxes with reinforced back rails, high-resilience seat foam over a firm base, and kick-resistant plinths you can wipe down.

Factory-direct, priced by the linear foot

Factory-direct, priced by the linear foot

Banquette House is a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture, made in our own production base in Lecong, Foshan. There is no distributor margin between your drawing and our sewing floor. You get a quote per linear foot of seating, broken down by style, upholstery and end details, so you can see exactly what moves the number.

04How we work
  1. 1

    Send the room

Share a floor plan, a dimensioned sketch or photos with a tape in frame. Tell us the covers you need, the look you want and any fabric you have already chosen.

  2. 2

    Layout & quote

We propose booth and banquette runs, table sizes and aisle widths, then quote by the linear foot with options listed separately: back style, upholstery grade, ends, bases and freight terms.

  3. 3

    Shop drawings & sample

You approve dimensioned shop drawings for every run. On request we make a pre-production sample or a section mock-up so you can sit in it and check the fabric before the full order is cut.

  4. 4

    Production & inspection

Frames, foam and upholstery are built in our Foshan production base. Before packing we check dimensions against the approved drawing and send you photos of the finished sections.

  5. 5

    Ship & install

Sections are labeled to match the drawing, export-packed and shipped by sea. Your installer sets them to the wall and floor using the fixing details on the drawing; we stay on call through install.

07Questions & answers
How deep should a restaurant booth be?

A single restaurant booth is typically 22–26 in (56–66 cm) deep overall, with a usable seat depth of about 18–20 in (46–51 cm). Back-to-back double booths run 44–50 in (112–127 cm). High or reclined backs add depth, so confirm the overall dimension on the shop drawing before you lock your aisle widths.

What is the standard seat height for booths?

Booth seats are normally 18 in (46 cm) high to the top of the compressed cushion, which pairs with a standard 30 in (76 cm) dining table and leaves about 12 in between seat and tabletop. Counter-height booths use a 24–26 in seat with a 36 in table, and bar-height booths a 30 in seat with a 42 in table.

How do you price custom booths?

We quote by the linear foot of seating for each style, then list the variables separately: back height and profile, upholstery (our fabric, your COM or your COL), curves and corners, end panels, base finish and freight terms. That way you can see what each option adds. We do not publish price lists; every quote is built from your drawing.

Can I use my own fabric or vinyl (COM/COL)?

Yes. Send us the fabric name, width, repeat and roll quantity, and we calculate the yardage per section on the shop drawing. Ship the material to our Foshan production base. We recommend commercial-grade materials rated at least 30,000 double rubs (Wyzenbeek) for heavy-duty booth seats; your supplier can confirm the rating.

Are your booths fire-code compliant?

We specify foams and cover materials to meet CAL TB 117-2013 on request, and supply test reports for the specific item where available. Requirements vary by state and by occupancy, and some fire marshals ask for additional tests, so check with your local authority before you order and tell us what they require.

Where are Banquette House booths made?

Banquette House is a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture. Everything is made to order in our own production base in Lecong, Foshan, in Guangdong, China, and shipped direct to your project. We do not hold US warehouse stock; that is how we keep lead times predictable and prices factory-direct.
