The Sullivan is a half-round banquette that can stand on its own in a room. Its inner back and seat are channel-stitched in a cream-and-sage striped fabric; the outside of the curve is wrapped in smooth sage leather, and the flat ends carry woven cane panels framed in a matching edge.
Where it goes. The photo shows it in a glass-walled dining room facing a planted pond, where it works as a centerpiece and a gathering point. In a restaurant it suits a window bay, the end of a room, or a semi-private corner for a party of five to seven around a round table.
Why the outer shell matters. A freestanding curve is seen from every side. Upholstering the back in leather makes the outside wipe clean and gives it a finished look from the aisle.
Construction. Curved plywood frame laminated to the radius, hardwood seat deck, high-resilience foam, channel stitching through to a backing, and cane panels set into the end frames.
Options. Radius and arc length to your plan, inner fabric (COM accepted), outer leather or vinyl color, cane or upholstered ends. We draw the curve with the table in place so knee clearance is right. Foams specified to meet CAL TB 117-2013 on request.
