Not every banquette should be fixed to a wall. The Thompson is a full-height channel-back bench mounted on a black steel base frame with four casters, two of them locking, so staff can roll it out for service, move it for cleaning or reconfigure a room for an event.
What you see. Mustard contract vinyl with four horizontal channels on a tall, flat back; a square-edged seat; a slim black steel frame; and swivel casters set just inside the corners.
Where it works. Event spaces and food halls that change layout, hotel breakfast rooms that clear for functions, ghost-kitchen pick-up areas, and restaurants that need to mop under seating every night. Several units can be lined up to read as one run.
Using casters safely. Lock the casters during service; on smooth floors we can fit higher-friction wheels or swap to glides for permanent positions. Because the bench is freestanding, the outer back is fully upholstered.
Construction. Hardwood and plywood seat box, high-resilience foam, steel base frame welded and powder coated, casters rated for commercial use.
Options. Any contract vinyl or fabric, channel count, length, back height, caster or glide finish. Foams specified to meet CAL TB 117-2013 on request.
