The Worth layers three details on one booth. Along the top of the back runs a full-length cylindrical bolster with a ring of studs at each end. The arms are capped with a strip of dark wood. And the base is a panel of quilted brown leather in a diamond pattern, edged with a line of studs, instead of a plain plinth.
What you see. A close-up in a dimly lit dining room: taupe suede-look upholstery on the back and arms, a lighter seat cushion, the wood arm cap, the quilted base, and a granite-top table alongside. Further back, the same booth repeats in rows.
Where it works. Steakhouses, hotel restaurants and upscale Chinese or fusion dining rooms that want booth seating with the detailing of a club chair. The bolster gives a comfortable place to rest a shoulder for a long dinner.
Construction. Hardwood frame with plywood back, high-resilience foam, bolster on its own core fixed to the frame, solid wood arm caps, and quilted base panel fixed over the plinth.
Options. Upholstery in suede-look microfiber, fabric or leather (COM/COL accepted); stud finish; arm cap stain; base panel leather; single or back-to-back. Foams specified to meet CAL TB 117-2013 on request.
